Why/how did you decide what you wanted to major in in college?
Why did you decide to become an Academic Advisor?
I wanted to continue working with students at NMSU, and advising seemed like the best way to do so while still being able to meet with them.
Tell me something about NMSU that you wish more students knew about:
I wish more students knew about our Model United Nations team. The professors and advisors who work with students on the team are excellent, and our group always performs well at the national competition.
What extra/co-curricular activities did you participate in as an undergraduate?
I participated in the Housing and Residence Appeals Board, and various intramural sports.
Did you face any challenges while in college?
Like most students, I struggled with self-doubt from time to time, but I persisted with the help and support of family and friends.
